WARRANTY INFORMATION

All of our GreenZone Bikes are brand new and come with a manufacturer's warranty. The frame and forks come with a Full 2-Year Warranty, and any defective parts on the bike come with a 30-day warranty. If a part is defective during the warranty period, just send it back to us; and we will send you a new replacement part. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. The good thing about these bikes is that the parts are interchangeable with parts at your local bike shop.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Since we make customer satisfaction a top priority and are confident about the quality of our bikes, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days for a complete refund of your purchase price excluding all shipping fees. Just email us, to let us know that you want to return it and ship it back to us insured in the original box. Bike must be returned in new condition. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Seller (Green Zone Bikes) makes no warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose neither expressed or implied and disclaims any responsibility for the product when not used as intended.

CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY

Buyer bares the responsibility to inspect bicycle each time before using it and takes full responsibility for assuring that the bicycle remains in good working order and safe to use. If buyer is not familiar with assembling or inspecting the bicycle, buyer agrees to take the bicycle to a professional before using. Buyer agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to ride bicycle.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By purchasing any bicycle from Green Zone Bikes and this website, I, as buyer, acknowledge and agree to be atleast 18 years old and acknowledge and understand that riding a bicycle can be a dangerous activity and understand that this activity can result in serious injury to the person and damages to property and voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding the bicycles advertised on this website. I, as buyer, agree to release and forever discharge Green Zone Bikes and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. In no event shall Green Zone Bikes or their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory, including, without limitation, personal injury damages, property damage or economic losses. This agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the State of Texas and further agree that venue for all claims, causes of action, and requests for damages, associated with this agreement, shall be Harris County, Texas.
